Ailie Bateman
I grew up on a farm in South West Victoria, which taught me to respect and admire nature and to observe the seasons, which has shaped my naturopathic approach. I notice patterns, find root causes, and support the body’s innate healing with restorative nutrition, lifestyle changes and gentle, evidence-informed herbal and nutritional supports. My practice mirrors the land: nurture steadily, work with natural processes, and honour individual rhythms with curiosity and compassion.
Supporting others through their health journeys has reinforced my belief that healing often begins in the gut; witnessing clients gain clarity, reduced symptoms, and renewed wellbeing has turned clinical experience into a genuine passion for the gut–brain connection.
I help clients by assessing how the gut–brain connection affects their overall health — including digestion, skin, mood, and immune function — and translating that understanding into practical, sustainable plans.
What I do for you:
Take a detailed history to find the root contributors to your symptoms.
Create a personalised, realistic treatment plan that fits your lifestyle (herbal medicine, targeted supplements, dietary support, and simple daily habits).
Provide ongoing guidance and adjustments so changes are sustainable and effective.
Support you with compassion and clear education so, you feel confident managing your health.
If you’re unsure where to start, book a free 20-minute clarity call to meet me, discuss your concerns, and see how naturopathic care can help you reach your health goals.
