A chance to meet me and see how a naturopath could help you achieve your health goals. We can also set up relevant functional tests to be conducted before your initial appointment.

60-minute online appointment

What to expect:

An hour-long conversation about your health journey. This will cover your current health concerns, any symptoms, discussion of previous health history, analysis of body system functioning, and your current lifestyle and dietary practices.

This creates a whole person picture that will help us find the root cause of your health concerns. We will also discuss any potential functional tests.

You will receive a personalised treatment plan which may include suggested herbal and nutritional remedies, and/or lifestyle and dietary advice.

We can work within your budget for any products suggested in the treatment plan.

30-minute online appointment

What to expect:

Review of previous treatment plans and health journey. With continued analysis of body system functioning, lifestyle, and dietary practices. Will also review the need for any further functional tests.

You will receive an updated personalised treatment plan that may include suggested herbal and nutritional remedies, lifestyle and dietary advice.

We can work within your budget for any products suggested in the treatment plan.

45-minute online appointment. Extra appointment time to discuss test results or if it has been over 3 months since your last appointment.

What to expect:

An analysis and in-depth review of any functional tests and continued discussion of your health journey.

You will receive a copy of your test analysis and a personalised treatment plan relevant to the findings of your tests that will include suggested herbal and nutritional remedies, lifestyle and dietary advice.
